My Review:
I didn't notice a difference in weight when I was taking this supplement even after I changed my diet. I noticed a slight change to my appetite, so I would say that it does help with suppressing appetite. The company mentions that it is a fat burner but doesn't actually say that it is for weight loss in the description, but because most weight loss supplements usually suppress appetite and help burn fat, I figured that I would mention that I don't see it as something to use specifically for weight loss. The only downfall to taking this supplement was the aftertaste after a burp. It wasn't a horrible taste but you still don't want to burp raspberry all day. On the plus side of that, at least it tasted like raspberries and not something completely disgusting. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a supplement that will help with appetite suppression.
