My Review:

I was taking a prescription medication for weight loss and when I saw this available to try out on Tomoson, I jumped on it. The list of side effects on these medications from doctors are ridiculous. While it did work, it was not looking like the best thing for my health. 

The capsules are a little big, but they're about normal size for this type of product. You take 2 capsules of the Garcinia Cambogia and 1 capsule of Slender Cleanse Advanced 30 minutes before a meal. There are only 60 capsules in each bottle so I usually only took 1 Slender Cleanse Advanced before breakfast and dinner. I eat lunch, but it's usually more like multiple healthy snacks between breakfast and dinner. 

After a few days of following the dosage I did notice that I was feeling a little better than I had been. By this I mean that I felt more energized and less sluggish. After about a week I noticed that I wasn't able to eat as much as before. I was starting portion control on my own, but even some of my smaller portions were a little much for me. 

I took both supplements together for almost the entire month (I ended up moving and trying to remember to take these was not going to happen. 5 people traveling in 3 different vehicles and of course this includes my 5 year old. I had other things on mind lol). I lost 10 lbs during the time I was taking these supplements. I was very excited by that! I'm sure the ridiculous heat and humidity in Oklahoma was a little bit of help, but otherwise, I am very happy with this pairing of supplements.

I didn't notice a change in some of the other things listed that can be helped out with the supplements but that doesn't mean that it won't help someone else. 

These products won't work for everyone, and are designed to help people lose 10+ pounds. Don't expect a miracle overnight and don't expect it to work the best if you don't do your part by eating and exercising. You want the good results, do your part!
