My Review:

I wouldn't really use this often but it definitely works for a good cleansing. After the first day I started eliminating waste and toxins from my system. Obviously I'm not going to go into detail, but I'm sure you can figure out what kind of "cleansing" is going on. "Colon" in the title kind of gives it away. I know you're supposed to drink water when you take this supplement but goodness! I was drinking water like a camel. If you drink water with it like you're supposed to, you won't be quite as thirsty. If you only drink a little bit, you're gonna pay for it. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat right. If you eat junk and don't plan on changing your diet, this is not something you should even take. It will do you no good. I think it's decent for what it's for, which is to cleanse, not lose weight. I think maybe they shouldn't have listed "promotes weight loss" at the top of the list. People jump to conclusions when they see "weight loss" on anything and then get mad when it doesn't make them a supermodel in a week. Make sure to do you research before you take anything and check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions. Be safe.
